An all-over great workout to improve your fitness and strength. Combining a mixture of circuit, HIIT, and bootcamp type exercises.

BLOCK BOOKINGS
Block bookings only are taken for Vamos! classes. To give you flexibility, and to help plan our classes, you can book either 4, 5 or 6 weeks of a 6 week course. Things happen though! If you have any queries please get in touch.
WHAT TO BRING
You don't need much. Just come suitably dressed for a workout in whatever the weather, and don't forget your water bottle. Bring a sweat towel if you really want to push yourself!
